Glenn holds a BBA and MBA from TCU and is a member of the TCU Letterman's Hall of Fame.

In 1997 Bruce became Regional President / Fort Worth Co-Market Manager for Texas Bank. Bruce received a BBA from the University of Texas at Arlington and participated in graduate studies at Texas Christian University.

She is responsible for the bank's Retail Services and Marketing, and oversees the bank’s travel club, Meridian Bank Texas Travelers. In addition, Debby supervises the onsite bank at Robson Ranch, an active adult community located in Denton. She currently serves on the board of directors for the United Way of Denton, and CASA of Denton County.

After retiring in 1998 as TCU's Athletics Director Emeritus, Mr. Windegger received the prestigious 2001 Homer Rice Award, which honors former NCAA Division 1-A Athletic Directors for lifetime contributions to intercollegiate athletics. Prior to serving as director of athletics, Mr. Windegger coached TCU's baseball team, leading them to four conference titles, becoming the youngest coach in Southwest Conference history to win a championship. He also served on numerous NCAA committees and boards including the Men's Final Four Basketball Committee, NCAA Council, the NCAA Nominating Committee, Athletics Directors Board, NCAA Executive Committee, and is a past president of the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics. Mr. Windegger graduated from TCU in 1957, then joined the United States Army Infantry and served as a First Lieutenant until he returned to TCU in 1959.
